1to1 Immigration Inc. provides immigration guidance and consulting services delivered by Tiffany Chia, RCIC #R512971.

All services are based on the information provided by the client and the policies in effect at the time of the session.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including approval of permanent residence, work permits, or any other immigration status.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your results.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees are stated in Canadian dollars.

Due to the nature of consulting services, fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
